By purchasing from Catalogue Raisonné, you acknowledge that the pieces offered for sale are antiques, bearing natural signs of age, use and patina that form part of their present character and aesthetic.

Catalogue Raisonné takes great care in selecting each piece. Condition is a key criterion in our selection process, and every object is carefully examined and documented before being included in the catalogue.

All photographs are intended to accurately represent the condition of each piece. Additional photographs can be provided upon specific request before purchase.

Each piece is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity issued by Catalogue Raisonné, documenting the relevant information relating to the object and reflecting the research and expertise carried out by the gallery.

Returns & Exchanges

For online purchases, customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery, without having to provide a reason.

Returned pieces must be in the same condition as at the time of sale, with the original gallery tag and packaging, where applicable. The piece must not have been used, altered or damaged.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the client must contact Catalogue Raisonné by email before returning the piece. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned piece, Catalogue Raisonné will issue a refund of the purchase price in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.

Exchanges are also possible, subject to the availability of another piece. In the event of an exchange, all shipping costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Customs Duties

Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by their country of residence. These fees are not included in the sale price set by Catalogue Raisonné.

Additional Notes

Each piece is supplied with a protective bag where appropriate.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you understand and accept the nature of collectible and historical pieces, including minor signs of age and use, which contribute to their character and value.
